Most of the time the CTR will know the date for the review about one month before, and by following the progress of his discipline leaders.

The CTR’s 3D Coordinator will send a date to the CPY’s 3D Layout Engineer.

The CPY’s 3D Layout Engineer will share this information with the CPY’s Engineering Manager that will be reviewed with all of the CPY’s Lead Disciplines Engineers during the engineering weekly meeting.

The goal is to validate this date by the process below:

•The CPY’s Lead Disciplines Engineers must confirm the CTR is ready for the review and send the information to the CPY’s Engineering Manager;

•The CPY’s Engineering Manager will confirm to the CPY’s 3D Layout Engineer whether the review can be done or not;

•The CPY’s 3D Layout Engineer will reply to the CTR’s 3D Coordinator with justification if necessary.
